Evelyn Sieber is Head of Showcase Programme at Reeperbahn Festival, one of the most important meeting places for the music industry worldwide, and Europe's largest club festival. The annual event in Hamburg, Germany presents some 600 concerts by international artists, about half of them are showcases presented by international partners. Additionally she is in charge of putting together international projects, including the Reeperbahn Festival International Spin-Offs to Beijing and Accra. Covey has devoted his professional career to helping artists build bridges between international communities, and is a leading legal authority on U.S. arts immigration. Following his studies in literature and music (BA Oberlin College) and post-colonial theory (MA UCD Ireland), Covey moved to Slovakia where he co-founded the critically acclaimed US/Slovak indie-rock band Skulpey. After relocations to Dublin and then New York, Covey worked as a festival talent-buyer before running Knitting Factory Records’ Amsterdam booking agency. In 2000, he co-launched Tamizdat’s Prague operations, managing Tamizdat RPM for three years before returning to New York to become the manager of Grammy Award winning band, the Klezmatics. Zach Miller-Frankel is the co-founder and CEO of Andrson, a digital music platform that uses audio AI and predictive analytics to directly link unsigned artsts with industry professionals. A manager himself, he and partner Neil Dunne built Andrson to solve their own A&R challenges.

He is also the founder & co-director of ThinkTank Music Management, a boutique firm based in New York City and Dublin. He has nearly a decade of experience in the music industry and artist management, and has worked with artists such as Philip Glass, The National, and The Antlers. He has co-managed global tours, overseen record deals, and has delivered keynotes at industry conferences. He sits on the Young Leadership Board of a cancer research fund, from which he received the "Founder's Award" for the production of their inaugural music festival. He holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin and undergraduate degrees in Opera Performance & French.
